So I have had my new pioneer avh-x3500bhs for a month or so. And I am having a problem, about every 5 days or so it is losing memory. I come out and start my car and the memory is reset. Then I have to do all my settings all over again. Does someone know what my problem is? O and car is 2013 kia sportage.

Easiest thing to do is make sure wires are solidly connected, if that checks out try another radio and see if the second one does it as well. If it's only a month old take it back and exchange it.

Did you do the amazon micro bypass? Same thing is going on with two of the same units I installed. Same model. And both have the micro bypass.

No micro bypass, just used a toggle switch. I will check my wiring to make sure it's solid but I'm sure it is. And 100% sure that it's wired right.

I mite just take it back

I was just thinking, I never looked to see what way the toggle switch was facing. Like on/off so i went and took a look. I have it that if you push it up and then back down, it's at the ON. So It has been left on the on postion all the time. Now that I know up is off and down is on I hope that fix's the problem.
