Nice.... do you have Y-cables? I ask because your going to want to tune those speakers differently from each other off the amp also unless they are the same speakers. I can't remember what you have going on for the kick panels. Just my 2 cents

They are the same meso 5.25's. No y RCA's as my rockford fosgate amp has a 2-4 channel switch. Or I can just run them front and rear so I can tune each separately.

Is that what your talking about? I think I remember you talking about running all 4 sets off the front using the switch on the amp. IMO I think it would be better to run them front and rear so I can tune the kicks separately from the doors.

If you use both sets of Meso there are going to perform differently due to space they have. You will get more mid-bass out of the doors because they have a sealed door cavity to perform in. While your kick panels are going to probably choke the driver down and you might be able to tune it for midrange more. I think its worth having a set of y cable to play with if you go active off the 80-PRS. Network is highs, mid, bass where as standard is front, rear, bass. Plus you want to use the T/A function of the HU so i believe the y-cables is the best route IMO. I could be wrong but tuning will get tricky even if they are the same drivers due to location and air space. Plus gain might be a factor too, door speakers may sound great where kick panels might have to be turned down some. All hard to say until everything is up and running.

As for kick panels unless you make sealed pods like Steve has done before they can perform poorly, which is why you have seen me cut all that metal out behind them in my Lancer and the sidekick. The back wave have to go somewhere and the driver needs room to push the front wave or it just get muddy sounding. And i could be totally wrong on all of this for your set up. But i was turned on to venting into the body by a VERY knowledgeable guy on these forums and from my experience it works very well.

So having the ability to tune those kick panels differently from the doors is important IMO. How ever you may accomplish that so it doesn't affect T/A too

I will be using the standard mode with the CT passive crossovers each on their own channel. I will see what I can do with that set up first.

HOLY CRAP!!!! I installed the 80prs today and set it up real quick and it sounds amazing. I mean AMAZING!!!  I just did the custom time alignment using measurements from each speaker to my head. It sounds so clear and like its coming from in front of me. I LOVE IT!!!!  The CT sounds speakers even sound better. I have the EQ flat and it still sounds amazing. IMO this is exactly what I have been looking for the whole time. Cant wait to get my second set installed and time aligned.

I know pics or it didn't happen. LOL

Ok purchased the equipment for the wife's scion. Here is a list of things I bought.

This BassLink came with a free bass knob (49.99 value). Then I purchased a 10 gauge amp install kit with 2 channel rca's  I threw in some 16 gauge speaker wire for my trucks tweeters.

Total cost with speaker wire and with discounts it came 181.14 shipped. It will be enough bass for her.

So when I thought I had screwed up my CT sounds tweeters I installed the set of AQ tweeters I had and installed them in the door a pillar pods I had purchased. Well I had to make the opening bigger to accept the AQ tweeters. Now I don't want the AQ tweets in that location anymore and want to install the smaller JBL tweets in that location. So I purchased another set off ebay for 32 bucks so I can swap them out.
