Newer PPI Any Good?

I'm in the market for a sizable 2 channel to power 2 PA mids per channel at 8ohms. I've got a few amps in mind, this being one of them.

I can grab one on ebay for about $160. Seems a bit fishy to get near 200w at 4ohm per channel for such a cheap price tag. Is it too good to be true? I've budgeted myself at $200 for the amp, so this is nice considering I'd save a few bucks. Then again, I'm more than willing to spend the cash on something better if this wont do rated.

That AQ is a hella deal, and i picked one up myself and awaiting delivery on it.

The price for make an offer was just too good to pass up.
