Asking all my parents friends or anybody I know who has 150,000k+ miles salvage or not and do a k20 engine swap. Is that stupid or is it an okay idea? 2 questions. 1) can any civic get fast or only 90s hatchbacks like EGs. Or can I get a 97-01 Honda civic sedan. 2) in California, if its a project car and maybe cruise once or twice a week in it, and the rest mainly stay in the garage, do I need insurance ?
