Hi
I want to upgrade My component
What I have today Morel Hybrid 6.5 I bought new in 2009

Have a friend who sells Morel Elate Limited Edition 3Way 2010
My problem is that it came without Crossover
Price 480$
Morel Loudspeakers - Mobile Audio - 3 Way Component Systems - Elate Limited Edition
So my questions
1 Is this a good price?
2What do I need to run the component?
3 Buy the Crossover\ Sound Processor

I would think that is an excellent price myself, but i really don't know the market of those very well.

Definitely a step up from what you currently have and would hope you have some awesome amps to push those with.

Great price, not sure how hard it will be to find a Crossover for them. These speakers take a ton of power so i hope you have amps that will run them to there potenial.

The sundown is a nice amp but an sq amp it is not.

Personally i would get a zed audio leviathan amp to power those or a trio of old school ppi art class amps and a audison bit one for processing.

PPI A1200 Mids, PPI A600 midrange and PPI A300 for tweeters.

If your going to step up to something of that caliber of component, i would not skimp on the quality of amp to power them with.

The only option outside of the passive crossover is to go active with amplifiers on each pair of speakers.

Going spl is fine but as i said i would not skimp on an amp to power those with and risk damaging them from a sub par amplifier.
