varietyguy
If you have room you might try port firing into the driver's side. That's what I'm about to do in my Santa Fe. It is more common in trunk vehicles. 1992 Mazda 323 http://www.stevemead...323-wall-build/

bgowdy31
Yup, did a lot better than firing to the back hmmm... was yours 12 cubes net(inside the box) or 12 cubes gross(inside the box)? Im doing Obsidian 18s and they say enclosure to go between 4.5-6 cubes per 18. Doing subs up port back i would be right at 10 cubes net(inside) after all displacements i was just worried about space. ive seen 18s in 4 cubes before and do very well, they did lack some low end power but still performed very well. My teammate/friend has a C-pilliar wall with 4 DC XL18s and its at 4 cubes net per sub(16 cubes net inside) after all displacements and it does well on music on term-lab, he does 157s on music average. I didnt think it would work when he was building it but it turned out well IMO. 99 HONDA ACCORD EX COUPE1 American Bass HD15-D1 ~ THE PLAN- ?
