How To Make Trunks Car's Loud?

I love all the bad advice that gets given lol its pretty entertaining at best. Not all of it is bad but there is quite a bit that makes you scratch your head.

THERE IS NO BUILD LOG!

well, time will tell i suppose before i can get some definitive answers....just gotta get a job first to buy some new stuff...then get to building and testing different things..

i likes me some audio stuff...

As stated, subs forward and ports to the driver's side works very well in trunk cars. :)

I built an enclosure in a cavalier for 2 crunch groundpounder 12's and a 20.1 @ 1 ohm (~1200 watts) that did a 144+ in bassrace.

Team B2, Team Audiotechnix, Team Kicker, Team XS Power, Team Sundown, Team Maxxsonics, Team DD2008 Bassrace 130-139.9 Regional and National Champion2006, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2012 MECA Champion (S1, SR1, S2, S3, S4, DB1) -1 DD 9510F + 2 Sundown SAZ2500's @ .7 ohm strapped=154.2 headrest, 129.2 driveby-2 DD 9510F's + 2 Sundown SAZ2500's @ 1 ohm strapped=154.0 headrest-1 DD 9512F + 2 Sundown SAZ2500's @ 1 ohm strapped=153.5 headrest, 131.1 Driveby

-2 DD 9512F + 2 B2 Zero1's @ .5 strapped= 157.0 headrest, 158.0 outlaw-1 Sundown SA-8 + 2 MB Quart 2000's=148.8 headrest, 150.6 outlaw

no way build a big ass box that takes up almost the entire trunk and fire it to the rear. lol :lol:

yes this works very well..i jus tthink it takes a good amount of power to get them to a strong 145+ on music..and im going to be cutting my rear deck out so ill let you know how that goes...

When I had my trunk setup I was doing a 48 and change in bass race and burped a lil over a 50 with a single XX Goliath and 2 Atlas Square 12's.

Sub firing in, box all the way to the side of the trunk with aeroports to the side. Make the box small, skinny and long as possible with the sub as far from the ports as possible. Trust me.
