levi7595 Posted January 1, 2014 Report Posted January 1, 2014 My buddy had 3 15 in comps by kicker with a kicker dx 300.4 amp hook to 2 of them so he ran a distro block to add a California 240w amp but the California keeps blowing fuses as soon as it is turned on they are both grounded separate why?
SnowDrifter Posted January 1, 2014 Report Posted January 1, 2014 Blowing the internal fuses on the amp or the fuses on the distribution block? ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
levi7595 Posted January 1, 2014 Author Report Posted January 1, 2014 Actually the fuse on the outside of the amp
Broke_Audio_Addict Posted January 1, 2014 Report Posted January 1, 2014 Ok I'm confused. Is he running two mismatched amps to the same subs or running one for the subs and one for the mids and highs? That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
levi7595 Posted January 1, 2014 Author Report Posted January 1, 2014 He has the kicker amp running two 15 in kickers and the calironia amp running another 15in kicker
