since I have the room. would it be easyer to gain more dbs from a bigger woofer and other question is does the 15s and 18s sound good for trap bass, decaf, hip hop and rap?

Your constraints are space, money, time, and knowledge. If you have all of those, build the biggest system you possibly can. If you don't, you need to let us know what you do have (how much space, how much money, etc.) Otherwise, we'll tell you to buy 16 alternators on 100k with a tunnel of 24 DD Zs in a excavator

What happened with the 10s you were going to run? Changed your mind to 15s or 18s? Both are perfect for rap hip hop decaf and "trap" music

well biggains i mostly had 2 sides to it. i have a friend that wants my subs and amp so mostly i can go both ways now. but a lot of my friends say 15 18s are crap with bass and sound sloppy that's the reason why i went with 10s.

but i think they get that from the dealer in my town since he hates it when he talks about bigger subs then 12s not sure why but w/e

Why don't you just run more woofers vs running bigger woofers. You get more cone area.

so it will be better to have 4 10s then 4 15s 18s?

no.....He's saying you could potentially have more cone area if you use more smaller subs than few bigger subs....

IE: 4 15s have a cone area of approx. 706 sq.in. while 4 12s have a cone area of approx. 452 sq.in.

You get significantly more cone area out of 4 15s.

15s and 18s are not "sloppy"....that's a myth dumb people like to spread. They have more moving mass yes; but if you can control it, it isn't an issue.
