FYI: TMA was JL's entry level line if you haven't figured that out yet. It eventually got renamed their JX line.

Actually not a bad amp for the money when it was new.

Upgrading for more power or better sound or....?

Static drops are my bag.

IMO I would go with the CT sounds or the soundqubed. I just looked for the TMA 440.4 online and cant find any info on it...sucks tho I wanted to read about it.

One beyma PRO6WND and AST-09 per door. Each speaker is wired to its own channel at 4 ohms....it was just retarded loud and clean for what it was. Wish I could have wired each speaker to 2 ohms though instead of 4, but trust me it was still plenty loud enough (:
