NICE!!

Love the way you went into so much detailed pics of your crimper tests!

Note to self:"make sure filed holes are filed smaller"!!

Thx!

You're plenty welcome, have you see the flex video I linked on page two? I think it's hilarious.

Okay so using Audacity I've determined that my system plays 25hz pretty freaking well, I'm working on a video. Song is Calibrate by Biocide, slowed a ridiculous amount, playing in the 20s for most of the song, just flat out awesome. It dips down to as low as 14 hz, which it doesn't play, but on the way down, it's a real treat, I hope to catch it on video. abusing the hell out of these subs, they have bottomed out mechanically quite a few times, but they still pound. I really wish I had some sundowns, a hair trick would be so much closer!

Flex vid! Didn't turn out very well, it's the frame rate thing, but the back still moves a ton! *edit: the song here is Jackhammer slowed 10%, not calibrate.

While making this video, I had a lady come over complaining about the noise, the building was well over 100 feet away, apparently opening driver the door can knock pictures of walls from really freakin far away. My system still has some wind in it a 20 hertz! That's awesome!

Just made this video, fresh from less than an hour ago!

Okay so I upgraded the grounds from the cab to frame and frame to bat, turned my gains down, and it's just merciless. The mids and highs are very clean and loud, painful even. and no discernible distortion either, it just keeps getting louder. Also, my trip meter steady ticks upward from the shaking, hilarious. I really need an editor that can combine and cut MPEG-2 files, I really want a free program that supports this format, then I could make a ton of videos for you guys. All videos posted so far have no editing at all, I just made them short and pick the best one. Please help! MPEG-2 format is a bitch.

It can do a small hair trick on stock electrical at around 24 hz. DAYUM. :morepower1: :morepower1: :morepower1:

I need to upgrade my electrical I think that's the next thing that will make a noticeable difference. How much does a D3100 go for? I need one that I can hammer on for a few months.

As soon as I have the money, I will be getting some new subs as well, these are great, but nowhere near the best, and I have more mounting depth, like two more inches.

So like 8.5" deep or so. Might just save up and build a new box with fiberglass, and brace the shit out of it right off the bat.

And I won't have the port pointed right at the door either, even though it kinda extends the tuning, it's also a restriction, I want the next box to stomp twice as hard!

Anyone else have a single cab that flexes the windshield @ 25 hz on stock electrical? If so, I'd really like to see it.

It's a good start, but it's no where near good enough. I need to push myself, build the most extreme system I can without cutting a hole in the back,

and when I'm content with my achievements, then I'll move to a blow through.
