Pro
well at least you are admitting you give us a bad rep...thanks I guess. well at least you are admitting you give us a bad rep...thanks I guess. If you think that doing it once is going to make everyone hate people with a subwoofer in their car then I guess I did yeah. If the people are like that around where you live then they must be very sensitive. Steve Meade has done some public videos before and hasn't gotten harrassed by people on here but I do it one time and I do..I guess it makes sense. I'm not hating on Steve at all because he has accomplished and done so many things in the car audio world it just should be the same for everyone. Special treatment to any one person is what messes good communities up.
biscuitownz
Thanks for the entertainment... OP.. no matter how much you defend what you did... Playing bass in a neighborhood is what gives us a bad rep.. Why loud motorcycles can roam free and people with little 140db set ups are getting tickets and guys with real systems are getting HARRASSED and profiled. We all love videos but next time take them in the day time so we can see and away from anyone with in a mile if possible. It's like the saying about preventing forest fires. Except with bass and making sure people don't hear it unless they are with us. It does give us bad rep yes but this is the first time I've ever done it around a place like this..I've played before at a lower volume to test a few things but thats about it. When I did this I had a neighbor come out and he had me put stuff in for him. I've actually had good things come out of doing that video especially in Philly since everyone wants a system in their car. It was also in the day but it was about to snow and got really dark outside our of nowhere. It was around 4pm. No offense but, didn't you say earlier that you're neighbors tell you you're not loud enough everyday? "Well I get told every day by my neighbors that its not loud enough lol. I play my music but I don't slam it around residential places. Thats the first time I've done that in a place like this...Most of the time I have my subs down low.
