bassman619
The car is a 2003 infiniti g35 sedan. My brother in law was having ac issues and then the cd changer was malfunctioning so he decided to have me replace the hu with an aftermarket unit. The unit is a kenwood double din ddx370. He spent over 500 in just parts. Everything was just color match except the steering wheel control retention adapter but I got that figured out.. anyway bottom line is I installed everything correctly the problems were gone but in the end the factory bose subwoofer doesnt play anymore. No sound from it at all. All cabin speakers still function properly. The bose amp only has one harness attached to it. And no gain or any other settings available anywhere on the amp. If I remove the harness to the amp all speaker lose output..so I kno the amp is working..what is the problem here? Measured out put at the subwoofers harness only got .03volts on all wires. bigmizzle99
Did you figure this out yet? The metra Bose integration harness plugs into the amp then you have to splice to the head unit wires, right?
