alaskanzx5 Posted January 20, 2014 Report Share Posted January 20, 2014 caps have a bad name for the lack of knowledge about them. there is lots of thread on here with people using/testing caps. they have there place in a car. just most use cheap caps that are made of horrible materials. look at the Maxwell bcap3000. 6 of those wired in series will give you a 500 farad cap at 16.2v. super/ultra caps and they will make a difference. pending on the price you can get could be cheaper could cost more. search the forum for more info on caps you will find it. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
