kirill007
I look at it like this @ .35 I have 2.8 ohms of rise which means .98ohms final load at .7 that rise is 1.96ohms so my amps make max power at 1 ohm compared to 2 ohm which in turn doesn't justify raising impediance Rise? At what frequency/frequencies? To the op, you probably won't hear a difference. But the 2 750's should be more powerfull or atleast be easier on the electrical with the same power. AA98hoe
Rise is too .98 from .35 .. Yes it will be easier on electrical why? Cause they won't be making as much power .. Theory says more amps cuts rise in half but I tested it an had .2 gain on meter .2 don't justify $3500 bucks TEAM DC AUDIO VEHICLE:98 chevy tahoe 2wd 3-4 drop HEADUNIT:alpine 9886 PREAMP:arcaudio FRONT STAGE:4-6 1/2s selinium,DD component set and 4-selinium tweeters in each door KICKPANELS:jl audio 5 1/4 REAR DOORS: dd components 6 1/2s HIGHS AMPS:zapco 750.2 on front doors, zapco an another 750.2 on kicks and rear doors SUBS:4-ascendant audio 18s with 5 spiders in a custom box built by KINGSUV SUB AMP: 2-dc7.5s ALTERNATORS: 3-mechmans 1- 425comp, 1-smd spec350, 1-270 with adj voltage harness on custom dc bracket WIRE:10-runs 0g front to back BATTERIES:6-d1400s TL results:157.1 at 38hz and 156.8 at headrest score @37hz. CortezDTV
To me one amp at .25 was just as powerful to 2 amps at 1 ohm Both amps at .25 no comparison much better way more brutal but better have some electrical to back it up I wouldn't do it again unless I had more Batts or electrical at least equivalent to ray (aahoe) 3 alts and 10 Batts Minimum would be 2 alts 8 batts SCSB Santa Cruz Speaker Box Build logs: Daily Driver Lemon Marquis 2 american bass 750.1s 350.4 on 14 focal 6.5s sq 945 on 4 hertz tweeters Mystery subs http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 The Mustang 'dubbed' Shirley the project from bullet holes to badass http://www.stevemead...cond-skin-time/

An d2s are actually 1.4 an d1s .7 i would love to trade him ill add alil cash too because he would be helping me out....and thanks ray im glad u tried it out and saw the results ... its funny cuz you would think 2 7ks at 1 ohm would destroy one 7k amp at .5 ..i guess that always isnt true anymore 2004 Chevy Trailblazer LT Walled- 10.5 cubes net tuned 33Hz 2-15 inch AA Team subs D2 Americanbass- 750.1 1 yellowtop under the hood , 4 c&d 88ah batteries in rear mechman-270 pioneer headunit-4200UB 4 soundqubed supertweeters phoenix gold 2 channel back up camera stinger volt meter 22 years old and still have alot to learn..lets get it

Theory says more amps cuts rise in half but I tested it an had .2 gain on meter .2 don't justify $3500 bucks There is no such thing as rise. There is only a impedance curve, which means some values will be below or above that value. Also because a amp at 0.5ohm won't be as efficient as a amp at 1 ohm. (or 2 amps in this case) So on the termlab there should be a gain, except it never is worth it for your "ear-o-meter". Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for.
