97Jetta1637 Posted January 31, 2014 Report Posted January 31, 2014 Well, thats a good thing to hear!!! Not wanting to bother you guys, but lets focus in my case then: I have 2 optima yellowtops, planning on putting one in the trunk and another on up front About ring terminals: screw ring or soldered? I know soldered is better.....but then my soldering skills arent that great, and I figured, since battery terminals are usually screw-based, why ring terminals cant also be screwed? If you cant solder the ends or have the provisions to crimp I would go to a local battery shop and have them crimp in the ends. BTW copper is the only way to go. idk, my cca wire hasn't caused a fire yet. #teamihop Two 12 inch DC XL's Carbon Fiber Cap Stetsom 7k Shell of box / baffle built by me Port / sealing the box by John Hone Fuck midrange Alpine-9886 http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/177428-97jettas-sql-trunk-wall-loudest-99-buick-century-custom-with-a-one-legged-owner/ price has no influence on how something sounds I told him to move the fucking port. they see me hoppin they stoppin they can't believe im so white and dirty It looks like you got so drunk, that someone came up and stole your leg.

IMO there is nothing wrong with CCA cable. Its mostly personal preference. 1-888-MECHMAN www.Mechman.com [email protected]
