Two totally different boards, altho somewhat similar. and the clips that hold the fets in place on the hifonics are completly crap!. for the most part the hifonics board is held in place by just them clips and the board only slids into the heatsink about 1/8th inch. I know this from personally expeirence because if them amps running them clips don not have proper and sufficient support under the board they will vibrate to their death Not to mention that hifonics line is all underrated.
