Ryon Johnson Posted January 31, 2014 Report Posted January 31, 2014 I have a 3.5k, sub is dual 1, vehicle is a 96 mitsubishi challenger (same body as montero sport) sound deadened to the max (roof sounds like knocking a 2x6) 2 runs of 1/0, 2 kinetic 1800 im rear, its a daily driver, id like it to be as loud as can get. CleanSierra Posted January 31, 2014 Report Posted January 31, 2014 Run it at 2 ohms. If you want to overpower a driver, buy a driver that will handle more power. Don't start shrinking box size to compensate for overpowering, unless you like losing some low end output. Give rated power and proper airspace and port area for the driver.
