DylanBunch
What determines how low a sub will get in the sealed side of a 4th? Like what t/s parameter or what? like say an sp4 in 2cbft sealed plays down to 25hz and a zcon in 2cbft plays down to 28hz, why wouldn't the zcon play as low? Just examples of course 2006 Ford Explorer 2 Team AA/Sundown 15s 6th order Ct Sounds 7k 4 PRV Mr500 8s Rockford p1000-2 Team Subsonic Lows
Neckbeard
how big the sealed side is what dictates the low end, and the ratio plays a big part. ToNasty
I'm pretty sure it also depends on the Fs of the sub. Certain subs need differant sealed specs. Plus ratio doesn't always matter ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers
Neckbeard
I know but I mean do all 15s in 2cbft sealed all play as low as each other? Know what I mean oh, then yes the sub matters. But they wont play different Hz, they will just not play at the same volume. Make sense?? Plus ratio doesn't always matter I've heard the fs is an almost meaningless parameter This is because the Ts specs change as the sub breaks in Build log, Super slow!!: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/168096-slow-neckbeards-1970-opel-gt/

OldsBoomer
All of the t/s parameters are factors not just the size of the sealed chamber Suburban Coming Soon
