What exactly does this control? Aj11 Posted February 23, 2014 Report Posted February 23, 2014 my jvc deck has sub control to. at 0 the sub is off And 8 Is max. i believe full flow of power. when i tune my amp i set it to 8 then adjust my gain. because at 0 it didn't read anything. other decks i have seen will play the subs at 0 they usually sound fine. the one i seen went to +4 And you could tell it was bass boost not volume. jvc deck stinger 1800 front hc 2000 kinetic rear 2 runs of 1/0g big 3/4 ct 60.4 2 ct 1400.1 ct EXO 15 d1 lots of deadner type r comps front stage 6 kicker tweets rear stage lots of great stuff coming soon ho alt more bats ct comps for front stage more deadner sweet amp rack lots of L.E.D lights new deck (thinking 80 prs, or flip out)

Okay, I think this is the same with mine past +3 it sounds like boost. Goes -30 up to + 6 on my sub out 01 focus se 110 amp alt Big 3 sky high and stinger hpm ofc 1/0 Super start platinum AGM (starting) 2 runs of 1/0 Execution audio front to back Kenwood double DIN DDx271 A pillars- orion 4" super tweeter and 2-1" alpines.
