great score, but 5k is 2 HDC3's limit. suspension will take it... coil will not like it.

I have personally witnessed a pair of type R 12's put up over 150 powered with RD D9. Dave the box guy in NH did a couple 150+ scores with the R's in his Tucson.

It will be difficult or impossible to do it if you don't own or have easy access to a meter. There's dozens of "tricks" to pick up a tenth here and there and you'll find out that it's far easier (and cheaper) to gain a dB by playing with seat positions, running the AC, or changing the position of your box by a couple inches or similar "tricks" than doing it by swapping subs or buying bigger amps.
