kicker8940 Posted March 6, 2014 Report Posted March 6, 2014 Displacement is probably gonna be about .15 to .2
timc31610 Posted March 6, 2014 Report Posted March 6, 2014 My HDS312 was .13 so .15-.2 would be closer. My Build Log 94 Civic http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/188644-94-civic-4-door-build-loq-suggestions-wanted-will-be-super-slow-mo/ Faceebook reluctantly

99blazer Posted March 6, 2014 Author Report Posted March 6, 2014 what would the lengths on the rods. and how many 08 Ford F150
timc31610 Posted March 6, 2014 Report Posted March 6, 2014 One 12.5" for the width and one 22.5" for the depth. Cut the a little (like 1/16") big and sand slightly and wedge them in there. Glue them and predrill a whole and screw from the outside. Or if you happen to have a 36" long 1/2" drill bit you could drill all the way though, hammer the dowel in and glue. Sand smooth after.Remember, lots of glue! timc31610 Posted March 6, 2014 Report Posted March 6, 2014 I have several 3' and 4' drill bits, some are flexible. Very expensive but also very handy. I agree though, hard to go wrong with a glue and screw!
