i got friend with a sq 750.1 on a hds200 12 and it takes it pretty well.

hell for cheap you could get a cheap pioneer "2400" watt amp gm9601 it will put out a little over 700watts at 2 ohms.

She would kill me if I go to heavy on the bass i just got the sub for really cheap or I wouldn't even go this route I just don't want to underpower it and fuck it up or make it sound like shit

then theres an alpine mrp 650 on here in the classifieds section for $100 if i remember right theyre only 2ohms stable and do rated power

Im not Buying a 2400 watt amp for 700 watts sorry but the others sound good time to go looking thank u

Just to be clear, there is no penalty for running a larger amp than you need, and in fact with these class D amps, it may be beneficial since they can behave strangely when horsed if the output isn't just right.

under powering a woofer doesn't damage it. the user turning things up too high damages things
