So I just have to say... once again... it's shit like this as to why companies have reputations. While it sucks the OP is possibly out that money for shipping, look at what XS is doing. Trying to make it right. Could EASILY "You didn't have receipt. We should have told you but we didn't so hey, thanks for being a customer". Yet, they're not. So that right there... good shit.
