Joe X
This is for a trunk car, subs / port forwards/backwards, figure is only an assembly guide, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz:
gibblegeibel
it is going in the trunk of a car. I was planning the port and subs to face the passenger compartment of the car
gibblegeibel
was that box designed for 2 subs? i was just wondering since i only saw 1 hole cut for a sub.
Joe X
Here's the dual sub version BUT goes above your max depth, had to limit width so that can fit through the trunk opening, building a cardboard dummy box would be needed to test fit before attempting to build: 45s are 2 1/2 wide except the one inside the port brace is 1" wooden dowel rod. Power to subs: around rated power.

Joe X
Power is ok, if you had even more depth I would probably go for port in the middle which I like better, if not then like the above.
gibblegeibel
i was trying not to lose all of my trunk space. how about an areo port design?
Seymore
For two 10's I'd go with one 6" port in the middle or two 4" ports on either side or the middle. If you're using areo ports, then you can just mess around with torres calc and get a good idea. 2001 Civic LX SedanPioneer DEH-7500HD Big 3 in 1/0 Knu CCARockford P500-4RF Punch P165-S in doorsRF Punch P165 in rear deckFront doors deadened with DamplifierNextSQ's new HDS208 8" in a T-line whenever it FINALLY COMES OUT I CAN FINALLY AFFORD IT Bend over and I'll show ya. how is it 2 days work? half a day at most, i may be an idiot, but im not an idiot. Joe X
i was trying not to lose all of my trunk space. how about an areo port design? Those are pretty higher displacement subs, you could manage to cut 2-3 inches with a turning or side firing 6" round but you'd compromise efficiency IMO not worth it. There are many ways to lesser box size if you don't mind losing efficiency.
