If you listen to rap and the likes I would stay at 35Hz, 6.4 net 115 square inches of port area. Why did you drop the amount of port area? Thinking is the root of all problems... Why did you drop the amount of port area?I assume because he dropped the tuning significantly from 40 Hz(SPL tune) to a rap music friendly 35 Hz, requiring less port to avoid compression. That IS just my guess Edit-I originally said dropped tuning significantly thinking it said 32 Hz. I guess it's not THAT significant. I still think my guess is accurate to as to WHY he suggested about 35" less port. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
