Noise From Subs

Recommended Posts

you may have a ground loop someplace causing engine whine.

Or you may have some faulty rca cables that are not making a good ground connection through out them.

If you got your signal cords (rca's) ran with your power wire to your amp(s) this could also cause this problem..

More info on the system please.

I'm thinking you can start with some basic troubleshooting:

Disconnect the RCA's - Is the noise still there?

What "kind" of noise are you hearing? In other words, what does it sound like? High pitch, low pitch...

go from there, and maybe get some ground loop isolators to try on it and see if that gets rid of the noise
