Would this kit be worth it?

Its CCA wiring for 50 bucks if i pay 50 bucks more i could get the OFC version, but i only have a stock alt. According to the description the CCA wiring kit can do up to 250A. I have no idea what my alt outputs im guessing in the 110A-130A range as it is a small sedan. I will want to fuse the postivite cable to the alt, so i would have to buy a fuse, and fuse holder on top of that price. Is the this worth the buy? Is there any other kits that you guys can recommend in the $50-$80 range
