Okay let's say I'm going to make 6 runs of 0g front battery to back bank.. I would fuse the front runs with a 250amp fuse within 18" of the front battery, then fuse within 18" of the rear battery bank right? Now, would I need to fuse any of the runs between the batteries in the rear?

+ - + - Between those 2 +s would I add a fuse between each battery like that?

Also since I'd run dual alts, should I fuse between their runs to each other? And fuse between the run from the alts to the front battery?

Do I have the right idea or is this completely off? The x6 means 6 runs from front to back (not enough room on paper for that kinda clusterfuck) The circles are alts, and the squares between the lines are the fuses.

Edit: If you run 6 runs front to back like that, and only running one wire to battery then wouldn't that mean I'm not getting as much power as I could? Like I'm bottlenecking the 6 runs from the front battery then only running 1 wire to each battery?
