pantstain
just found these... http://www.amazon.com/Alpine-SWR-12D2-Type-R-Subwoofer-2-ohm/dp/B007YK0FLS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1398122308&sr=8-1&keywords=swr-12d2 alpine type r....anyone had experience with these new ones? those are 12s but the 10s also seem pretty beefy....could do just one at 4 ohms....and if i ever decided to upgrade i could add another and run em at 2 ohms and still be safe. Aj11
just need a upgrade. there good subs and can take abuse. I'm using 2 my girl has the third. all 12s. i paid $289 each for mine tho. and still don't regret it. I've been putting over rated to them since i got them and there still in amazing shape. i should tell you they like big boxes and low tune. I've had almost every model type r over the last ten years and all of them do well in big boxes. especially the new ones. if i were you i would get a dual 2ohm drop it to 1ohm get a 1500w amp and put it in a 2.5net box and tune it to 30hz jvc deck stinger 1800 front hc 2000 kinetic rear 2 runs of 1/0g big 3/4 ct 60.4 2 ct 1400.1 ct EXO 15 d1 lots of deadner type r comps front stage 6 kicker tweets rear stage lots of great stuff coming soon ho alt more bats ct comps for front stage more deadner sweet amp rack lots of L.E.D lights new deck (thinking 80 prs, or flip out)
