Painters tape over whole pillar.

Painters tape on box where you want to attatch too.

Glue flease (hot glue) to box on tape.

Streach to pillar, glue to pillar.

Then glass to that. Once you get a layer or 2 on it it will be strong enough to remove it Then just build it up from there o however thick.

Then youll have to screw glass to pillar and box and be done!

how should i seal this up without great stuff? can i just shove a ton of foam in the gap? then trim it?

I'm that guy yea. But now im loud as nuts lol its too much for daily. Where should i put the switch at on these mids? Theyre on channel b (3/4 which is rear) on my 4 channel.

Thats a very small gap on top. Should be OK with just stuffing foam in there. Id still try to get a piece of 1/2" mdf cut to the exact shape and put it there, but don't think you'd lose or gain much. Sides and upper corners need to be solid, though, pretty big gaps.
