Stephen13 Posted April 27, 2014 Report Share Posted April 27, 2014 It's definitely a capacitor. If you had a circuit schematic it would be cap # C210. It's box shaped for robotic assembly. The number 106 on top is the value code for a 10uf 250 volt film cap. That black stuff is a sticky tar or something. The amp plays just fine without this piece connected and I have a MWSPL show today which I plan on competing in so we'll see what happens.
