Is this a fine spot to ground my 2nd battery? Or where would a better spot be?

I'm getting ready to put in my new system and was getting ready to run all my wiring, and forgot I grounded my old amp right under my backseats. I was wondering if this was an okay spot to ground my 2nd Battery? If it's not where would be a better spot?

Personally I wouldn't. I would either run a ground up front or go through your body there and mount to the frame.
