What music do you like? if you only listen to low bass, tune low. [25hz] If you listen to rock and metal, tune high. [50hz] or everything, [30-40hz] 1997 subaru legacy outback Four 15's in a almost wall Rockford Fosgate t2500-1bdcp Rockford Fosgate T400-4 on tweets Rockford Fosgate T400-4 on highs Rockford Fosgate T400-2 on midrange Rockford Fosgate T400-2 on midbass Optima Yellow top batteries 270A Singer alt (working on a bracket for a second) Lots of Second Skin
Aj11 Posted May 5, 2014 Report Posted May 5, 2014 Dont tune to 50hz unless your trying to go for pure spl! tune Down like 30-33hz you'll have the best sq and low end Down there. if you tune that high 40-50 it's gonna be a one note wonder. it will be really loud but sound like poop! you'll have punchy bass with almost no output below 35hz and you don't buy that sub if you dont want to hit the lows! as for building a port it's allot easier then your making it. watch a YouTube vid it will help clear some things up for you. oh and for the front of the box (where ever the sub will be) do a double baffle jvc deck stinger 1800 front hc 2000 kinetic rear 2 runs of 1/0g big 3/4 ct 60.4 2 ct 1400.1 ct EXO 15 d1 lots of deadner type r comps front stage 6 kicker tweets rear stage lots of great stuff coming soon ho alt more bats ct comps for front stage more deadner sweet amp rack lots of L.E.D lights new deck (thinking 80 prs, or flip out)
