Broke_Audio_Addict
It just parallels the connection internally it's not actually two separate channels so you would see 2 ohms. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Broke_Audio_Addict
Also right now I have 1 2ohm dual voice coil sub The 1 sub is hooked up to all four of the amps speaker terminals That's fine but you are using more wire than you really need to. You're seeing 1 ohm wired that way same as if you just wire them together on the actual sub. STEvil
For a DVC 2 ohm sub you would be at 1 ohm in parallel on a single channel (mono means one). MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
