confused on how to make it work

Sorry if this gets long just need help. So I'm building around an hdc3 and plan on putting in another one and a big amp later on. I am running 2 runs of 1/0 to the back so I won't have to upgrade later. My problem is the amp I have for now only takes Four gauge and doesn't have the plug in like a real amp it has the screw that holds it down. Do they make an adapter that I can run two runs of 1/0 into then run a four gauge out of till I use the two runs of 1/0. I don't want to just cap off the 1/0. I was thinking something like a disturbution block but don't know if they make one that I can run backwards. Thanks for any help and I hope that wasn't too confusing.

Why not run a battery back there? There's an XS D975 for $130+shipping in the classifieds. One of those in the back, something like a D3400 up front in the engine bay, and a reputable HO alt would be fine for a SoundQubed 2200d. Throw two more 975's in down the road, add another HDC3 and SQ2200, and you're set.

I know its not the best but I have a yellow top up front for now and kind of plan on doing what u said I only have so much money if I buy a battery I can't afford to build the box and fuses shit I still have to buy ring terminals. Plus I can't buy anything off of here yet already talked to the mods about it.

Stinger SHD21 distribution block. You can run both 0 gauges into it and and 4 gauge off of it to the amp until you get everything else you need. Sonicelectronix has them for 16.99
