CleanSierra Posted May 19, 2014 Report Posted May 19, 2014 Here you go dude: So your Cuts are as follows: Bottom and top: 36X24.5" (2 of these) Sides: 23X14.5" (there are 2 of these as well) Port extensions : 19.25X14.5" (2 of these) Outer front baffle: 15.75X14.5" (2 of these) Inner front baffle: 14.5X14.5" (2 of these) Back: 36X14.5"(only one of these) What this all boils down to is a little under 5 cube box(AROUND 4.8 cubes), tuned near 32 Hz. The total port area is 65" (per foot is 13.5 if you care) This box would need to be built in the trunk I would think absolutely and the Total outside dimensions(to make it easy on you are W-36" H-16" D-24" Let me know what you think Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
Cj Kumz Posted May 19, 2014 Report Posted May 19, 2014 You could go with what CleanSierra has for you, that is an average box for 12s. But next time provide more information cause all subs are different and require different volumes and stuff. Also the power you will be running, type of music, the car you using, max dimensions, and other vital stuff are important in box designing. You actually lucky people are responding hahaha lol Vw Polo Pioneer Deh-6050UB Sundown Saz-3500d DD Audio 9500 15'' 5.5 cubic feet box with 10 inch port @ 38hz I live to hear the Bass drop!!!
CleanSierra Posted May 19, 2014 Report Posted May 19, 2014 ^^^ that box actually took the X's into consideration. Volume, port area and tuning were all with the X12 specifically being considered. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

Nice looking box though. I have a mate getting some X12s soon in like a week or so. So I will grab your design, cause it looks just right and it is a perfect fit.
