crescendo symphony s800.4

hey guys im planning on running an active front stage and was looking at amps and ive never dealt with a 4 channel before. looking at the symphony s800.4...you have a multiplier switch...x1 and x10. so is that a switch that allows you to set the frequency range? for example...put the switch to x1...set the high pass frequency...then switch to x10 and set the low pass frequency?

It's a multiplier.......set it at 300 with the x1, it's 300hz x1 = 300hz, or 300x10 = 3khz. Your over complicating it
