brent379 Posted May 17, 2014 Report Posted May 17, 2014 im going to be doing some fiberglassing on the doors and just trying to figure out what would be the best placement. here are some pics of some ideas. going to be running two 6.5s and 2 tweeters per door. the big highlighted circles are the 6.5s and the small ones are tweeters. may be a little hard to see but should get the idea across: the triangle is a little tweeter pod that comes oem. i would like to keep the pocket on the door like the first pic. but all the door pods i see everyone kind of groups the speakers together so idk how it would sound with them being spaced apart. im thinking about running crescendo mezzos active off their s800.4 also thought about doing some pwx 6.5s and fti super tweets....just not sure which way to go with the doors!!! any help is appreciated.

EP95 Posted May 17, 2014 Report Posted May 17, 2014 Only one way to find out. Get some double sided tape and play around with the tweets positions until you get em how you like it (gotta be playing of course). I just prefer the mids being right next to one another.
