TRON
Did some final touch ups to the enclosure this week and hopefully I'll get around to finishing it this weekend, maybe even today. You can see the massive gap between the outside wall and the baffle...the inside is fine though. Don't know what happen there. Fill er up with resin First coat of sealer primer. I always use oil based sealer that has strong tack, two coats is always enough. Second coat (yesterday). It looks good as it is but white won't match anything in the interior. TRON
Okay. I didn't even do half the things i wanted to do today but whatever. I was going to try and finish up the enclosure but I changed my mind on how to finish it. I'm going to spray it with bed liner because from what I've seen, it looks good. In the mean time I decided to test fit the enclosure, and as it turns out, I had to take out the midgate and go through the back. Fits good...and it only takes two people to get it in! Anyways, while I had my partner in crime over I put him to work. We installed the mids and highs amplifier. Its going to be replaced with a DC 90.4 as soon as possible. And of course, I didn't take anymore pictures... That's it, basically did that over the course of 8 hours, mainly slacking off and drinking beer but that's what happens.... Karkov
Looooooooove what I'm seeing. Prolly gonna pretty much copy exactly what you have done there. I put two 6.5" in each of my door panels in the same spot as you and with 3/4" MDF rings BUT did not glass them all nice, got them in for some tunes for the time being but it needs some TLC for sure.
