Once I knew the amp was set up correctly I took the box out and made sure all the wiring was nice and tight ect.. Then I plugged in the amps power and ground like I've done numerous times so far and poof smoke. oldsoundguy Posted June 3, 2014 Report Posted June 3, 2014 Any time I unhook power to and from my amp I always always take out the fuse at the battery for the amp. Then when everything is hooked up I pop the fuse back in.
