Today starts my quest in getting in the best shape of my life...Im stuck at 14 pull ups max...but man i really want to reach that perfect 20...

So starting in the morning i will follow this program for 1 month to see where it takes me....I will lso be bike ridnin to help shed a few pounds (im not overweight but want more of my abs exposed)...

woots... i cant just concentrate on that..i rotate every 3 days... legs one, "arms" chest shoulder other day, and back next (all while running and doing abbs)

I don't work out anymore... fuckin lazy ass i am now...

But my roommates were doing the 300workout this fall... it was kicking their ass. You should look at that one :)

Gosh man that looks brutal! I dont have the big weights, just medium sized dumbells.... so im kinda stuck with pushups and chinups and crunches...chuck norris style lol...
