Good RCA cables balanced/unbalanced

What are you guys using for good rca cables? I am using some Rockford twisted cables right now but when I run from my head unit to sub amp directly I get a lot of ground noise. When I run the rca's from my Rockford 3sixty.3 to the sub amp it plays fine. Any ideas?

are you using the same pair of rca's for all your tests ? a pair might be damaged or kinked. Did you reground the head unit??.

Yeah I am using the same rca's all around. Its weird because right now the head unit is connected through the 3sixty.3 and plays fine. But when I connect the sub amp directly to the head unit that's when the noise comes in.

When u ran to the h/u did ur rca's cross paths with any power/ground wires? May cause some noise if u did.

No I actually isolated everything. The 3sixty.3 has a balanced/unbalanced switch on it to help eliminate ground noise. I am just trying to find good rca cables to bypass the 3sixty straight to the sub amp.

so you have one set of rca's going to the 360 then to the amp? but if unplug the rca's going into the 360 and wire it directly to your sub amp you get noise?
