well im getting my tax return, and i need to weigh my options

its for 300 bucks...thats enuf for either my pa5500, or the powermaster d3100....now i would have been sold on the amp, BUT i was givin another demo (i like when ppl ask for demos, it makes me feel like its loud) and i noticed that the lights were dimming in the back...THATS bad, cause i can tell when my voltage gets low, takes a bit for it to start (when i have the truck off)

so what is more important to me now, upgrade my electrical NOW, with 0 gauge and the 3100, will that fix most voltage problems now and when i get the 5500? or just get the amp now

im thinkin electrical, but tell me what you think....suggestions too will be nice

What's the size of the stock alt?

IIRC, those PA5500's use 150a of fusing?

IIRC=If I remember correctly.

Yes, the amp you're looking at getting uses 150a of fusing.

im sure almost everyone here gets dimming. even if you get that D3100 in there, that PA5500 is going to cause some dimming.

well with that d3100, that will make 3 batteries, so im hoping that will take care of most of it.... i guess i can just rev it for more power from the amp, im not sure what to do tho, a new alt is last thing i wanna do
