Thanks man. I just used some fiberglass mat and resin across all those little sticks and finished it off with some duraglass to get the shape.

how close is the pods when you close the door? looks really good man nice work

How does it look from the drivers seat? That seems like a whole Lotta speaker for that location. Looks good don't get me wrong, just wondering about visibility, or if it's a distraction? Had a buddy put 3 inch mids in the same location and tweets in the a pillar and it looked good, but was distracting. Hard not to look at.

Its about a 1/4 inch away from anything when the door is closed. Thanks a lot man.

You are right, it is a lot of speaker for the location. But they don't block any visibility because the A pillars in this car are huge and i spent a lot of time positioning them so they would not block the mirror. I really should take some interior pics with the doors closed.
