I have a pair of those Linear Power LP2150s and they have a very small footprint for the amount of power that they put out.

My amplifiers are going in with an air ride suspension too ...

Was it a reserve price auction set at $800?

That Audison amplifier would power those speakers just fine. More power is better as it directly adds to your headroom, but to get the speakers playing it only takes a couple of watts. If you're open to full range Class D you could have a lot more power in the same space or even less space.

there was no reserve on the auction

as for the audison your talking about the 5.1k right im not looking for crazy load i just want really clean sound with some bass and to look nice and clean and not take all the space in my trunk

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

That would be a great amp, it does still have a D-Class portion for the sub(s), but class topology is a lot less noticeable for the low spectrum.

I agree ... to each his own I guess.

Guess wouldn't be too bad as long as it's not nick-picked with an RTA and a bunch of SQ judges ...
