dylan117
Ok so I'm wanting to know why Tahoes are so much more popular for sound systems then Suburbans. Suburbans have so much more space so I don't get it, are Tahoes just naturally much louder for subs? Thanks
tdsa23
Suburbans are great for walls, but if your doing a box in the back thats alot of space to get loud in but, dont get me wrong alot of people do it. Tahoes are big but not as big and I think some what easy to get loud and work with. TDZ13
My guess would be a lot more Tahoes are generally around than suburbans and people generally like the look better of the shorter body. Neither one is "easy" to get loud, strictly due to being a large SUV. Had an Excursion a few years back and it needed a lot to get where i wanted the #s to be. It sure was a hell of a lot of fun having 16 12s below the window line though. 2006 Hyundai Sonata Lx - Alpine CDA-9885 - Rainbow CSX Comps - (2) 12" Sundown Zv4 - Sundown 5K - 4.6ft3 @ 33hz w/ 6" aeros sealed off in trunk - 250a Singer alt, Kinetik 1400, (2) 2400s - 150.4 @ Dash as of now
