Wouldn't hurt to get a price I suppose, but that could be as simple as a screen backlight issue (since it seams to work otherwise) to half the value of the unit or more if the whole touchscreen is dead. truthsayer Posted July 27, 2014 Report Posted July 27, 2014 Yea it's a rather expensive unit. After doing some research, seems to be a common problem. Is it still under warrant? Ether way contact pioneer, to see what they have to say. Also try lightly pulling on the screen to see if it is fully extended. truthsayer
