hispls Posted August 4, 2014 Report Share Posted August 4, 2014 I'm quite confident your vehicle doesn't peak at 37hz, likely your box/subs just give you a higher peak around that frequency than your quarter wave gives you up higher. Measure corner to corner front to back, divide that into the speed of sound, (1125 fps), then divide that by 2... should give you a rough idea of your half wave where you can build up a good standing wave and would be a good place to aim for your box/subs to peak if you're chasing numbers.
