What kind of amp? is it for your subs? mids/highs? front/rear?

what are you running now? how many pre outs does your deck have? do you have a deck or line out converter?

the main power ground rem are the same. but adding a fuse or distro block depend on what theamp is for

I'm not sure on if I keep my inline fuse since I have a distrubution block with fuses in it?? And would adding my mids and high amp take away the noise I'm hearing in my subs and speakers

No matter whether or not you have a fused distribution block, you NEED a fuse as close to the battery as possible. Fused distribution block downstream of your main fuse isn't a bad idea honestly.

If you have noise in your speakers and subs, you have a problem that should probably be sorted out prior to throwing more equipment in and adding more possible sources of noise. What have you done to try and troubleshoot the noise? What kind of noise? Full breakdown of EVERYTHING you have in your system would be really helpful, including where components are grounded.

first what size wire is feeding your sub amp?

and you need a fuse no further then 18inches from your bat.

bad ground! really bad ground. ditch the seats and go to the frame. 4g is a lil small. you could split it and run 1 4g in 2 4g out to each amp. but i would run a whole other wire for the mud/high amp. make sure each has there own ground. you

can run.a short rem wire from your sub amp to the mid/high amp that's fine. if you keep the 4g you.have now and splice off it just fuse the for the wire 1ft from The battery. a good what 120/150amp anl fuse should be the right size. then just plug your rc cables into the deck in the right spot. set gain and eq accordingly and your good to go

actually sorry your amp is a 1200 and there a Lil dirty so the 4g is a perfect size for that amp. but i always go bigger. I'm sure the 4g will handle both just fine.

hows your voltage?

can you post a pic of your ground?is your rc wires ran on the same side as your power? if so that could be adding to your issue. either way go to your frame. oh and upgrading the ground on your deck can help. when i first got my Saturn i grounded to the frame and had terrible engine noise coming from all my speakers/subs. i changed the grounds to many times to Count. went bought new rc cables nothing worked. finally someone said try upgrading the ground on my hu. i did with 8g right to the frame. solved all my problems.
